Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (vegan mayo for DF)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning - add more sugar for sweetness or vinegar for tang.
- Pour over your favorite coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage, carrot, etc.) and toss to combine.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Store any leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
