Loaded Burger Bowls

Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Cheese, grated
  • Burger sauce or mayo
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef mince and break it up with a spoon.
  2. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Drain excess fat from the mince.
  4. Divide shredded lettuce among 4 bowls.
  5. Top with cooked beef mince, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, cheese, and bacon if using.
  6. Drizzle with burger sauce or mayo and serve immediately.
